Terms of Use

• These Terms govern your use of the FriendsOnly app and friendsonly.club. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Governing law and venue: Bulgaria. Courts of Sofia shall have jurisdiction (unless mandatory local law provides otherwise).
• We will update these Terms with our full legal entity name and address once incorporated.

• You must be 18+ to use FriendsOnly. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and you will keep it updated.

• FriendsOnly is strictly for platonic friendships. No dating/romantic/sexual content or behavior. We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this.

• Keep your login secure and do not share your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the community.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Post or promote hate speech, discrimination, or illegal content
• Share sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam or use the service for commercial solicitation
• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization
• Circumvent safety or moderation features

• You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights to the content you share and that it complies with these Terms.

• Report and block features are available at all times. Use them any time you feel uncomfortable.
• We may review and moderate content for safety and policy compliance.

• Optional and user-controlled. You can show/hide at any time.
• Not used as hard gates; designed as gentle context only.

• Free and paid versions are available.
• Paid plans: Monthly and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple's in-app purchase (StoreKit 2).
• Free trials: 7-day and 14-day trials (as offered per plan). After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends in your Apple ID settings.
• Renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Apple handles refunds per App Store policy.
• Premium features may include: advanced filters, profile boost, better matching profiles, view profile stats. We may add or adjust features over time.

• We may change prices or features; any price change takes effect at the next subscription period and will be communicated in advance where required by law.

• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

• FriendsOnly name, logos, and related marks are our property. You may not use them without permission except as allowed by law.
• Feedback: If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

• The app uses services such as Firebase, Apple APNs, and Apple in-app purchases. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reasonably notified.

• You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations or to protect users and the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
